2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

During high-volume periods or promotional offers, processing times may take slightly longer.

You will be notified via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver products across India using reliable courier and logistics partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and Delhivery, depending on location and product type.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 – ₹99 depending on weight and delivery location.

Express Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on pin code and courier availability.

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment in real-time through our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to additional shipping charges.

7. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct while placing your order.

Universa Hub Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or wrong contact information.

Additional re-shipment charges may apply in such cases.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Universa Hub Services Pvt. Ltd. does not offer international shipping.

We only deliver products within India.

10. Delay Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, there may be delays due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions
  • Logistic or operational challenges
  • Political disruptions or lockdowns
  • We will keep you informed via email or SMS in case of any such delays.
