Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if your product meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon delivery.
  • You have received a wrong item that differs from your order.
  • The product is missing essential parts/accessories mentioned in the description.

️ Return Window:

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene, safety, or usage reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, etc.)
  • Personal care or hygiene products (cosmetics, grooming kits, etc.)
  • Downloadable digital goods or software licenses
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products
  • Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
  • Please check product details before making your purchase.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

Email us at info@universahub.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and relevant images/videos of the product.

Our support team will verify your request within 48 hours.

Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, invoices, and accessories intact.

After the item is received and inspected, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

If the returned product does not meet our inspection standards, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified at our facility.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

In case of partial cancellations or replacements, refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

First, check your bank account or payment wallet again.

Contact your credit card company or bank - processing time may vary.

If the issue persists, please email us at info@universahub.in with your order details for assistance.

7. Exchange Policy

We allow product exchanges only if the received item is:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect; and

Available in stock for exchange.

If the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered or damaged, please:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery, and Inform us immediately at info@universahub.in with photos of the parcel.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or refund as per your preference.
