This policy outlines the structure, eligibility, and conditions for Sponsor Income and Network Income Distribution under the Universa Hub Services Pvt. Ltd. Affiliate/Referral Program.
The purpose is to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-based rewards to all registered distributors, sponsors, or network members associated with the platform.
Sponsor: A registered distributor or user who introduces a new member or customer to Universa Hub and helps them register or purchase through a referral link.
Direct Sponsor Income: Commission earned by a sponsor for directly referring a new member who completes a valid purchase or registration.
Network Income: Incentives earned from the business volume generated by downline members (indirect referrals).
Downline: The members or distributors introduced under a sponsor’s referral network, directly or indirectly.
Business Volume (BV): The total value generated by sales and referrals within the network, which determines incentive eligibility.
To qualify for Sponsor or Network Income:
The individual must be a registered and verified member on http://universahub.in
The member must have an active account and comply with all company terms, conditions, and policies.
All referred customers must complete a valid transaction (paid order) on the platform.
The sponsor must have their bank or UPI details updated and verified in their profile for payout processing.
A fixed percentage (%) of each direct referral’s purchase or registration fee will be credited as Sponsor Income.
Example: If the direct sponsor reward is 10%, and a new member purchases goods worth ₹1,000, the sponsor receives ₹100 as Sponsor Income.
Sponsor Income is credited instantly or within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Note: The company reserves the right to revise the sponsor income percentage at any time based on business needs or promotional offers.
Network Income is calculated based on the sales volume of multiple downline levels.
The percentage of commission per level is pre-defined by the company and may vary by product category or plan type.

Example: If your Level 3 team generates ₹50,000 in valid sales, and your Level 3 income rate is 3%, you earn ₹1,500 as Network Income.
Income is calculated and updated weekly or monthly, depending on company structure.
Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
All payouts are made via bank transfer or UPI, after applicable deductions.
A TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) of 5% to 10% will be applied as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Members are responsible for declaring this income in their personal tax filings.
Any attempt to create fake accounts, self-referrals, or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension.
The company reserves the right to hold or cancel payouts if a transaction is found invalid, refunded, or disputed.
Network or sponsor income cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual without company authorization.
Universa Hub maintains all rights to modify, suspend, or terminate the income program at its discretion with prior notice.
Members can view their income summary, transaction history, and level details through the user dashboard on http://universahub.in
All income and payout reports will be updated in real time or as per the payout cycle.
All earnings under this program are subject to taxation as per Indian law.
Universa Hub will provide income summaries or TDS certificates upon request for annual filings.
The company complies with The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable laws.
Universa Hub Services Pvt. Ltd. is not an investment or get-rich-quick scheme.
Income potential depends entirely on the individual’s effort, sales performance, and network growth.
The company does not guarantee fixed earnings or profits to any participant.
